Dennis Trotter serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Indian Law Resource Center, bringing 40 years of administrative and management experience at nonprofit and higher education organizations, including positions as college president, foundation president, chief operating officer, vice president of development and vice president of enrollment management and marketing. In addition to his experience as an administrator, he also serves as a consultant to colleges, universities, graduate schools, and nonprofit organizations on issues related to organizational leadership, marketing and branding, fundraising and stewardship, change management, and strategic planning.
Dennis received his M.A. from Claremont Graduate University, where he received the Hausam-Fisk Award for academic excellence and inspirational service; an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa; a B.A. from Whitworth University; and was selected to participate in the Harvard Seminar for New Presidents at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
